Abstraction
This photo set is a collection of abstract photographs. After a quick google search of "abstract photos," I still didn't have the clearest understanding of this photo genre. Many of the "abstract" images that came up weren't abstract enough, like it was pretty clear to me what the subjects were. I had to take in to account my personal understanding of general abstract art to craft what I wanted my photos to look like. I want it to be harder for the audience to figure out what is in the photo and how big the subject is. For this photo set, I did a lot of cropping and a lot of editing of color. Black and white makes things a tad harder to identify. The photos that look like they're of motion (i.e. the last two) are actually still of the elevator catching light.
